223 South Elm Street

Adaptive reuse of an existing one-story building in downtown Greensboro converting the shell of the building into a first floor restaurant with mezzanine level for private parties and additional seating. The original metal ceiling was preserved along with a forgotten stained glass window that accents the rear dining area.

Brassfield

Project created an office complex with  two 12,000 square foot building shells (named Hamilton and Madison) ready for tenant up fit.

Chakras Salon and Spa

Adaptive reuse of an existing two-story building in downtown Greensboro converting the shell of the building into a day spa with a portion of the first floor devoted to retailing of beauty aids. An adjacent building was removed to allow for the development of a courtyard and entrances for other stores.

Christ United Methodist

The project included Master Planning of present and future needs evolving into the design of the Fellowship/ Multi-Purpose Facility.

East Greensboro Kidney Center

A medical office facility designed to address the needs of kidney treatment.

Edmonds Building

Complete renovation of all the existing building systems for a three-story building in downtown Greensboro preserving the existing facade and converting the building into first floor retail, bakery and residential units on the upper floors.

Ellis Stone Renovation

Complete renovation of all the existing building systems for a three-story building in downtown Greensboro preserving the exisitng historic facade and converting the building into first floor retail and residential units on the upper floors.

High Point Police Station

The project addressed the law enforcement needs of the city of High Point by converting a former one-story school building into a satellite police station.

Hunter Hill Friends School

The project involved the design of a new private school for approximately 200 students with expansion  capabilities, low future maintenance costs and working within an extremely limited budget.

Immaculate Heart of Mary Columbarium

The project involved the design of a columbarium to complement the architectural style of the existing church and to create a semi-private area for meditation.

Minj Grille

Adaptive reuse of an existing three-story historic building located in downtown Greensboro, this renovation converted the burned-out Grissom Building into a first floor restaurant with residential apartments on the second and third floors with exterior balconies.

Northwest Plaza Office Complex

Renovation of an existing open office complex in Greensboro, updating the general exterior appearance,  adding an exterior elevator and upgrades to the complex's restrooms.

Penn National

Renovation of existing two-story office building designed and staged to allow the owner to use the facility during this major renovation.

S. Piedmont Community College

The project involved the renovation of 35,000 square feet of 100,000 square foot textile mill (located in Wadesboro, NC) into a Continuing Education Center for South Piedmont Community College.

Westminister Presbyterian Columbarium

The project involved the design of a columbarium to complement the architectural style of the existing church and to create a semi-private area for meditation.

Fincastles Diner

Conversion of an exisiting two-story building in downtown Greensboro into a restaurant with the basement level converted into dry storage, offices and utility space.

Efird Sutphin Pearce Office

Efird Sutphin Pearce is making our own vision our mission! We designed our own new office in downtown Greensboro.

Chateau Morrisette Winery

A 25,000 square foot winery designed for the production of wine.  Business areas include offices, laboratory and storage, along with a public area for retail sales and tasting.

L. Richardson Hospital Renovation

This project involved the renovation of the first African-American hospital (now on the National Historic Register) in Greensboro, North Carolina into affordable, low-income housing for the elderly.

Southern States Nissan

This project involved the design of a 23,000 square foot full dealership with a showroom, eighteen service bays and three detail bays in a pre-engineered metal building, a parts department, administration offices, retail area, and wholesale sales.  The design implemented the new prototype dealership layout for Nissan.

Guilford County School System - Peck Elementary School

Project involves the construction of a new 10,000 square foot classroom addition, conditioned connector building and renovations to 1,900 square feet of the existing Peck Elementary School. 

UNCG Parking Deck and Campus Security Office

Construction of a new five-story 810 vehicular parking deck with 6,000 square feet of office space for campus traffic control and campus police departments located near the center of the UNCG campus. 

Arbor House Condominiums

Construction is underway for 51 residential condominium units in downtown Greensboro.  The condominiums will consist of one and two bedrooms ranging from 650 to 1,100 square feet.  There will be secured, covered parking for 75 vehicles and building entrances.  Unique building features include outdoor balconies, a central elevator, open great rooms and large windows.

Stonefield Cellars

A 5,600 square foot facility designed for the production of wine with a public area for retail sales and a tasting room.

Gate City Animal Hospital


Horizon Medical Complax


575 Liberty Condominiums

New five story residential condominium consist of 36 one and two bedroom units over looking downtown Winston Salem. Cover parking on lower level, central elevator 12,500 square foot per floor.
